Shipping & Returns

We want your AUTRE order to reach you fast, and to fit the way it should. Here's how delivery and returns work.

Delivery in Rwanda

Kigali: free on orders of RWF 50,000 or more. Below that, delivery is [RWF X,XXX].
Outside Kigali: [a flat RWF 5,000 / calculated at checkout based on your location].

Delivery times

Kigali: usually the same day or the next day.
Outside Kigali: [2–4] working days, depending on distance and courier availability.

Once your order ships, we'll send you an update by email or SMS so you can follow it.

International orders

We can ship outside Rwanda. Fees and delivery times depend on the destination, so message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll give you a quote.

Returns

Not the right fit? You can return items within [14] days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with tags attached.
[Underwear, socks and sale items can't be returned for hygiene reasons.]
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp (+250 794 426 099) or email [hello@autre.fit] with your order number.
[We arrange the pickup in Kigali. / Return delivery costs are covered by the customer.]

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us within the return window and we'll swap it, subject to stock.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away with your order number and a clear photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund you on the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for it to show in your account.
